Mackalynn J. Harmon serves as Legal Project Manager and Operations Manager for Charles International Law. She brings more than twelve years of program and project leadership across the defense, aerospace, and technology sectors to the firm’s operations.

Program Leadership & Experience

Mackalynn’s background includes managing complex, multimillion-dollar initiatives, guiding organizational change, and developing new business opportunities. Her work has brought her together with executive leadership, government stakeholders, and teams spanning multiple disciplines.

That experience provides a practical foundation for her role at Charles International Law: bringing structure to complex work, coordinating people and priorities, and supporting the systems that help the firm serve its clients.

Mackalynn combines disciplined planning with an adaptable, people-centered approach to leadership. Comfortable in both established organizations and changing environments, she brings an emphasis on clear communication, teamwork, and follow-through to project management and daily operations.

Education & Professional Development

A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Mackalynn earned her Bachelor of Science in English in 2001. She holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from the Project Management Institute, issued in March 2025, and a Lean Six Sigma certification listed through Marine Corps Recruiting.
